Saints Protus and Hyacinth were Christian martyrs during the persecution of Emperor Valerian. They were servants in the house of St. Philip and were arrested and executed for being Christians. The main source for details on their martyrdoms and acts is considered unreliable, but the relics of St. Hyacinth, known to be entirely authentic, were found in 1845 in the cemetery of St. Philip. Tradition holds that they were brothers and served as chamberlains to Saint Eugenia. They were baptized along with her by Helenus, Bishop of Heliopolis, and devoted themselves zealously to the study of sacred scripture. They lived with the hermits of Egypt and later accompanied Eugenia to Rome.

And continues through 14 September

Novena in Honor of the Dolors of the Blessed Virgin
Say once a day for nine days, especially starting on 6 September and ending on 14 September, the eve of the Feast of the Seven Sorrows of Mary
O most holy and afflicted Virgin! Queen of martyrs! Thou who didst stand beneath the Cross, witnessing the agony of thy divine Son — through the unceasing sufferings of thy life of sorrow, and the bliss which now more than amply repays thee for thy past trials, look down with a mother’s tenderness and pity on me, who kneel before thee to venerate thy dolors, and place my requests, with filial confidence, in the sanctuary of thy wounded heart; present them, I beseech thee on my behalf, to Jesus Christ. Through the merits of His most sacred death and passion, and through thy sufferings at the foot of the Cross, I hope to obtain the grant of my present petition. To whom shall I recur in my wants and miseries if not to thee, O Mother of mercy, who, having so deeply drunk of the chalice of thy Son, canst compassionate the woes of those who still sigh in the land of exile? Sancta Maria, Mater Dolorosa, ora pro me!

Commemorating the Parents of the Immaculate Conception
Saints Anne and Joachim, the parents of the Virgin Mary, according to tradition derived from certain apocryphal writings. St. Anne is one of the patron saints of Brittany and Canada and of women in labour. As the grandparents of Jesus, Saints Anne and Joachim are also considered the patron saints of grandparents.
Information concerning their lives and names is found in the 2nd-century Protevangelium of James (“First Gospel of James”) and the 3rd-century Evangelium de nativitate Mariae(“Gospel of the Nativity of Mary”). According to these noncanonical sources, Anne (Hebrew: Ḥannah) was born in Bethlehem in Judaea. She married Joachim, and, although they shared a wealthy and devout life at Nazareth, they eventually lamented their childlessness. Joachim, reproached at the Temple for his sterility, retreated into the countryside to pray, while Anne, grieved by his disappearance and by her barrenness, solemnly promised God that, if given a child, she would dedicate it to the Lord’s service. Both received the vision of an angel, who announced that Anne would conceive and bear a most wondrous child. The couple rejoiced at the birth of their daughter, whom Anne named Mary. When the child was three years old, Joachim and Anne, in fulfillment of her divine promise, brought Mary to the Temple of Jerusalem, where they left her to be brought up.
The Protevangelium became the foundation for establishing the liturgical feasts of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary (September 8) and the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary (December 8). The dedication of Mary at the Temple became so important in church doctrine that by 1585 Pope Sixtus V included in the Western church calendar the liturgical feast of the Presentation of the Virgin Mary(November 21). Although this festival originated early in the East, probably at Jerusalem in 543, its first Western observance was recorded in England in the 11th century.

Celebrating ‘Latter Marymass’
https://www.newliturgicalmovement.org/2022/09/celebrating-latter-marymass-nativity-of.html

Gracious and loving God, help the young men and boys of our community to hear your call to serve as priests of Jesus Christ. Our needs are great and our people thirst for your presence. Open the hearts of many; raise up faithful servants of the Gospel, dedicated, holy sisters, brothers, deacons and priests, who will give themselves for your people and their needs. Bless those who are serving now with courage and perseverance. Grant that many will be inspired by their example and faith. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is the same yesterday, today and forever. Amen.

Those seven sorrows are:
The Circumcision and Prophecy of SimeonThe Flight into EgyptThe Loss of Jesus in the TempleThe Meeting of Jesus and Mary on the Way of the CrossThe CrucifixionThe Taking Down of the Body of Jesus from the CrossJesus is laid in the Tomb
These seven sorrows are often represented in art by a sword — or three or seven swords — piercing Mary’s heart. This relates to the prophecy of the old man Simeon we heard about at Candlemas, when, after Our Lady pesented the Child Jesus at the Temple, he told her, “Behold this Child is set for the fall, and for the resurrection of many in Israel, and for a sign which shall be contradicted; And thy own soul a sword shall pierce, that, out of many hearts, thoughts may be revealed.”

Customs
In preparation for this feast, many pray the Novena in Honor of the Dolors of the Blessed Virgin, starting on September 6 and ending on September 14, the eve of this Feast. For the feast itself, the Litany to Our Lady of Seven Sorrows would be perfect.
