Davenport, Holy Family: Confessions 11:25, Rosary 11:35, Low Mass 12:05: Update… to accommodate those who wish to fulfill their holy day obligation at this Mass – but need to return to work speedily – (1) the mandatory homily will be briefly given to those who can stay after the Last Gospel, when the optional Leonine prayers which normally follow will be omitted…
And, (2) The distribution of Holy Communion will take place ONLY after that point, the preaching of the aforementioned homily – not during the customary time.
